Join the PTA!

The PTA helps to make Wanamassa Elementary a better school in two ways:

 

1. We raise money by holding fundraisers:

like Runamassa Fun Run, family fun nights, and Casino Night. That money goes towards class field trips, school assemblies, playground equipment, vouchers for the book sale, and so much more.

 

2. We show up:

Parent/Child Bingo Night, Talent & Variety Show, Son +1, Daughter dance, holiday parties and picnic day – all events are planned and staffed by PTA volunteers. Activities that give the kids a chance to have fun and make some great memories.

 

We understand that time is a parent’s most precious commodity, so we don’t waste yours. Sign up and we’ll let you know what’s going on and what volunteer time is needed. Whatever your schedule is like – even if you only have 30 minutes to spare – you’ll find opportunities to help: days, evenings, even the occasional Saturday.

 

We appreciate every parent who volunteers throughout the school year! To join, simply go to our online membership page.

 

 A single membership is $8 for the year and an additional family member can be added for $6.  Please note, all parents who wish to volunteer in the classroom during PTA sponsored events must be registered PTA members.
