What Does the PTA Do?
The Wanamassa PTA is a group of dedicated parents, caregivers, teachers, and staff working together to make Wanamassa Elementary School a welcoming, engaging, and supportive community for every child in Pre-K through 4th grade.
Our mission is to enrich our students' elementary school experience by creating opportunities for families to connect, celebrate, and make lasting memories together. Throughout the school year, the PTA plans and supports a variety of events for both students and their families, including family fun nights, holiday celebrations, school parties, assemblies, special activities, and other community-building events that make Wanamassa such a special place.
In addition to hosting events, the PTA proudly supports our teachers and staff by providing classroom supplies, funding educational programs and assemblies, celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week, and helping meet needs that enhance the learning environment for all students.
Everything we do is made possible through the support of our volunteers, families, and community. Whether you can volunteer at an event, join a committee, or simply attend our activities, there's a place for everyone in the Wanamassa PTA.
